Job Description
- Manage all inbound phone calls to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability is given to all customer contact encounters.
- Record all customer contact within the Interaction Centre and report against any significant issues that may arise when dealing with customer queries
- Data entry
- Alert team lead or line manager to any unresolved issues which may breach the agreed SLAs
- Work in partnership with the CCA outbound team to share customer knowledge and increase customer advocacy and retention levels
- Work with the finance and AR team to resolve any invoicing queries promptly
- Manage weekly revenue and lost customer reports
- Manage all certificate of destruction (CODs)
- Manage all cancellation requests
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in B2B customer service
- Call centre experience
- Account management experience is highly creditable
- Proficient computer skills - ie SAP, MS Application
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Can-do attitude with a drive to assist customers.
