Hays are currently working with a global organisation seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join their team. You can be based out of one of their numerous office locations (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle).
Your new role
Joining a large consulting operation that is dedicated to providing technical and business solutions to their clients, you will be responsible for the planning, updating, management and implementation of opportunity plans and documents both internally and externally. This position will see you liaising across various technical and operational departments to develop a pursuit strategy for securing business and implementing a managed service solution on an enterprise scale.
Aligning marketing intelligence whilst obtaining competitive price-to-win analysis, you will contribute to the development of executive and volume summaries and customer presentations, with an overarching view of alignment to client proposal. Additionally, you will monitor, review and direct weekly proposal progress, ensuring adherence to the process and schedule. You will proactively prepare, coordinate and lead client presentations before supporting the negotiations to close the deal.
