This leading global manufacturer is known for their earthmoving and mining equipment. This company is a major supplier to the construction, quarrying and mining industries. Based in Wacol, this local company is seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join their team.

Your new role
As a qualified Auto Electrician, you will bring you will be responsible for assessing, servicing and repairing a range of mining machinery. On a daily basis you will be performing the installation of automotive electrical systems, equipment and components and the assembly of new equipment. You will also be conducting pre-delivery adjustments and inspections using relevant test equipment. You will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:

• Be a trade qualified Auto Electrician (Certificate III in Auto Electrical Technology or equivalent)
• Have previous experience repairing and servicing mining equipment
• Experience with computer diagnostics preferred, but not essential
• Be able to under-go and pass a Pre-Employment Medical
• Have a good understanding of safe working practices
• Be a team player
