We are currently seeking a retailer leader for a full-time Assistant Manager position, based from our Batemans Bay store, managing and leading Team Members to provide exceptional customer service to our customers on a daily basis, MON-FRI.

In an Assistant Store Manager position you will:

  • Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the operations of the store to achieve success
  • Coach and develop our team members, setting a positive example to our team at all times
  • Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature, be safety aware and take the lead in safety matters
  • Utilising a Genuine Service mindset by establishing strong customer relationships through being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable
  • Actively promote our products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step, demonstrating previous retail or trade or service related experience
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and must hold a valid driver's licence
