Mr Martin decided to create a mobile venue and studio on the back off the arts and entertainment industry suffering from Covid regulations and restrictions since 2020.
The vivacious entertainer embarked on the creative project over the last 12 months, converting an old car park caravan into a mobile entertainment vehicle.
Sam's Caravan will make its official debut at the Candelo Folk Festival on Saturday, April 17.
The caravan is fully decked out with stage, lights, live and recorded sound and can even be captured on camera for live stream events.
Mr Martin said it has been a 'labor of love' and had benefited from support by members of the community who came to help get the project up and running.
Local musician, Steve Jackson that is also a vlogger and restoration specialist gave a big helping hand to Mr Martin, working every Friday to strip the van back to its wheels.
Mr Jackson also donated an old van to the project in exchange for two chickens.
Midway through the project Tantawangalo-based musician Michael Menager jumped onboard and saw it through to completion.
Throughout the building process the caravan underwent grinding rust, sanding, layers of paint, welding repair and panel work.
Local electrician Chad Gunter helped out with the electrical fit out of the van.

Although the caravan received lots of help from local hands, it also benefited hugely from funds through a partnership with South East Arts.
Create NSW are supporting the van financially to employ local sound engineers, camera operators and producers to attend six regional festivals.
