Pet of the week: Spud desperately in need of new home

Spud
Spud

A home for Spud is desperately needed. Spud came into care almost five months ago so he really needs to find a home as soon as possible as he is becoming too attached to his carer.

If you have ever owned a staffy you would understand that Spud would love to spend his day keeping his human company and is not really interested in other dogs, but has been fine allowing other dogs to join his foster home.

He loves snoozing in front of the fire in winter and morning walks or runs as long as he is near his family. He doesn’t like being left home alone but he's a great car traveller and happy to wait for you.

Call the Animal Welfare League Far South Coast (Bega Valley Shire) on 0400 372 609. The adoption fee for Spud is $350. He is already de-sexed, chipped, vaccinated, worm, flea and tick treated and vet checked.

Check the AWLFSC Facebook page www.facebook.com/AnimalWelfareLeagueFarSouthCoastBranch for details of other animals available.
