The Squad was announced at noon on Wednesday with Boyle’s name sitting proud atop the list of forwards named in the 28-woman-strong roster.
Boyle, 19, played for the Wallaroos in three Test games in the Four Nations series and caught the eye of selectors.
Wallaroos officials said Boyle had earned her “trip to Ireland” alongside fellow junior star Kayla Suavo after the pair had a standout performance during the series.
Wallaroos coach Paul Verrell said: "We have had some solid preparation during our Test series in New Zealand earlier this month, and had the opportunity to blood some new talent at Test level.
"That tour in New Zealand really showed us the standard of the best three teams in the world and we know what we need to do to reach that level now, so it's time for the next generation of Wallaroos to really step up.
The team will be headlined by Rugby Sevens Olympic Gold Medalists Sharni Williams and Shannon Parry.
Verell said the Australians have a competitive pool as they go into the World Cup.
The Draw for the Australians will include –
Wallaroos v Ireland at UCD Bowl, Dublin, 10th August, 4am AEST
Wallaroos v France at UCD Bowl, Dublin, 14th August, 4.45am AEST
Wallaroos v Japan at Billings Park UCD, Dublin, 18th August, 2am AEST
