In this exciting collaboration, audiences will be treated to works in a variety of styles and musical eras.
Heartsong, under the direction of Geoffrey Badger, will perform works by Palestrina, Brahms, Manuel and more. Spirit Allegro, under the direction of Dr Sandy Glass, will present works by Vaughan Williams, Alec Wilder, and pieces from the world music tradition.
The singers are assisted by Luca Ziino on keyboard. The choirs will also unite to perform three choral works.
Performances are at 2.30pm on Saturday, June 24 at Mumbulla School Hall; and Sunday June 25 at Wolumla Hall. Doors open at 2:10pm. Admission is $15, children 12 and under free. A reception will be held following the Wolumla concert. For more call 0401 618 540.
