A house at the centre of an investigation into the alleged murder of Tyson Timothy Clark-Robertson has been destroyed by a suspicious fire.

Police believe they discovered Mr Clark-Robertson’s remains in a shallow grave at the back of the house at Mayfield on Tuesday.
Neighbours called the Tasmania Fire Service at 3.40am on Sunday after they heard loud banging and saw the house in Mitchell Street going up in flames.
No one was in the house, which was completely destroyed by the fire.
Damage was estimated at $250,000 and the house will require demolishing.
Detectives from Launceston CIB and Tasmania Fire Service personnel deemed the fire was deliberately lit.
Police are investigating any possible links between the fire and the 24-year-old Launceston man’s alleged murder.
Mr Clark-Robertson was last seen at the Newnham IGA on July 19 last year.
Concerned family members contacted police on March 10.
Three Mayfield people have been charged in relation to the alleged murder.
- A 45-year-old man appeared in court charged with murder on Thursday and did not enter a plea.
- A 19-year-old woman was charged with one count of accessory after the fact of murder.
- A 53-year-old man was charged with failing to report the killing of a person.
