Narooma’s Sylvia Donohue has enjoyed a hold of the open championship for a few years, but the results saw her face Casey in a sudden-death shootout.
It went to the third hole where Casey emerged victorious and members congratulated her tremendous form.
The club also congratulated Barb Rees, who scored a hole-in-one on the 13th.
The hole-in-one scored Rees the golden shot for her efforts.
The competition also saw the silver salver played and it was handily retained by the Tura combination of Betty Richards, Joyce Jones and Jan Dobson.

In the nett standings, Anne Madigan was the division one winner from Kerry Hunting.

Over the weekend the club held its revamped Junior Open.
A spokeswoman for the club said the junior event had fallen by the wayside and hadn’t run in a number of years.
“It is great to see it back on the schedule with help by newly appointed golf professionals Lisa Newling and Loraine Lambert,” the spokeswoman said.
Cook again shone, hitting a fantastic 77 off the stick to take out the top spot.
Meanwhile, Tathra’s Duke Creay was the nett winner on a count-back from Bega’s James Moore and he was also awarded the Harry Douglass Memorial Trophy by Margaret Douglass.
Officials said six cadets also played six-holes on the course and they all “had a load of fun” receiving prizes courtesy of the pro shop.
Bailey Palacios won the encouragement award and organisers were thrilled to hear the open was the first time out on the course for junior Ethan Ingram.
In regular play, Tura golfers contested the final round of an inter-club challenge with Pambula-Merimbula where Ann McDonald won the day with a massive plus nine. Linda Staite was runner-up after scoring plus eight.
The club also held the Nutrimetics trophy stableford day with Jenny Lasker winning the division one standings on a count-back from Lorraine Arnaudon after both scored 34 points.
