The Mariners scored the first goal within five minutes, but the Wanderers hit back strongly to record a 4-1 victory at Central Coast Stadium.
The match marked round nine of the A-League competition.
Central Coast hit the back of the net first through Blake Powell to take a 1-0 lead in the fifth minute.
The Wanderers scored one minute later via Jumpei Kusukami to draw level at 1-all.
Western Sydney’s Nicolas Martinez scored in the 31st minute to help the Wanderers take a 2-1 lead into half time.
Second half goals from Jake McGing (50th minute) and Brendon Santalab (87th minute) rounded out the 4-1 win for the Wanderers.
