The motion by RSL Club Ltd members to change the constitution to remove the requirement that four of the seven board directors must be sub-Branch Service members was raised. A member said the sub-Branch should not support this, but it was pointed out the RSL Club has 7,000 members of which the sub-Branch has 180 and ageing. This does not prevent sub-Branch members from nominating for the board. This is a club issue and all members including sub-Branch members should vote as RSL Club Ltd members.
