The Sapphire Coast Orchid Club held its popular annual Winter Orchid Show last weekend at Twyford Hall, Merimbula.

Michael Wood of Kalaru continued his long run of orchid-growing success, awarded Grand Champion of the show for his aptly named Dendrobium Tathra 'White Glow'.
This specimen was also awarded the Champion Australia Native or Native Hybrid.
Muriel and Bobby Bell of Eden were awarded Reserve Champion of the Show for their Cymbidium “Kimberly Splash - Tepee”.
The Bells also won several other categories in the show.
Jeff Knox of Merimbula won the Under 60mm Cymbidium section with his Sarah Jean “Ice Cascade”.
The club congratulated all winners and entrants.
The Winter Orchid Show ran over three days, from Friday to Sunday, with many visitors enjoying the colourful display.
