New owner Harvey Ball has already renovated the first 12 rooms, turning them into suites, and is about to move onto the second, 24-room block to continue the renovations.
He is considering his options of what exactly the building will be used for. It made the news when former owners, the LaSallian brothers offered it up as a base for Syrian refugees.
Mr Ball purchased the motel complex back in April with plans ranging from reopening it as affordable housing or even luxury apartments.
