The duo welcomed 30 players to contest the crown and the duo emerged on top after the 27-hole contest, leading by two strokes from Ian Murray and Snow Doneman.
However, organisers said it took an extra three-hole playoff to decide the B grade trophy winners with the experienced combination of Allen Francis and Peter White having a victory over the much younger opponents Lachlan and Zach Considine.
In regular play, the Wednesday par round was won by Dave Burgess with plus seven.
Continuing his good form, Nick Townsin took out the A grade from runner-up Ian Murray, while Ray Coutts-Smith led the B grade charge on plus six from Mel York on plus three.
Burgess led the C grade standings, four shots ahead of Al Hughes on plus three, while 25 players collected a ball.
Ian Murray landed two eagles while Dennis Watson hit one on the 26th.
The Sails Real Estate golden shot winner was Rod Smith from the field of 111 who headed out on course two.
Michael McCarron collected Mel York’s trophy in the Saturday stableford, scoring 41 points.
Runner-up was Brian Loorham on 39, while Jason Buckmaster’s 38 led B grade from Graham McGrath-Smith on 37.
Balls went to 34 and 20 were collected, while Noel McArdle won the golden shot prize money.
The club welcomed 85 starters.
In ladies results, Wendy Maxworthy’s minus one led the A grade field in the par round from runner-up Eva Crow on minus two.
Vesper McCann scored plus one on a count-back from Jaclyn Brown to win B grade.
Golden shot winner was Eva Crow and there were 10 ball winners from the field of 34 starters.
The nine-hole par on Tuesday went to Margaret Rogers
The nine-hole par winner was Margaret Rogers on minus three, while three players earned a ball from the field of eight.
In the 18-hole stableford on Thursday, Jill Ricardo collected Marita Scroope’s trophy with a great round of 35 points.
Robyn Davis had 34 points to lead A grade from Carlene Ramsay, while B grade runner-up was Joy Thompson 33.
Nine players collected a ball as the club welcomed 34 starters for a round on course two.
