Yoga is the best way to combat Mike Baird's lockout laws, if the popularity of Flow Athletic's Silent Yoga Disco is anything to go by. For the second time in Sydney, the event sold out in less than a week before 600 yogis joined Kate Kendall, NRL star Tom Burgess and fitness influencer Caroline Groth for some sweet savasana and a bespoke soundtrack that played via noise-cancelling headphones. The Flow After Dark series is the brain child of Kendall and Flow Athletic co-founder Ben Lucas and demand has seen the pair expand the series around the country. Kendall will head to Melbourne on August 30 and the Gold Coast on October 11 before hosting another Sydney session at the Hordern Pavilion on October 27.
