First grade, reserve grade, ladies’ league-tag and under 18s are set to run out for the first home game of the season at Mackay Park.
However, Eden forfeited to Bega in the under 18s grade last weekend and Batemans Bay will know tonight if Eden will forfeit again. The under 18s start proceedings at 10.30am, followed by ladies’ tag at noon, Reggies at 1.30pm and first grade at 3pm.
“The boys are looking forward to the first home game and are very keen to get the points against Eden,” Bay Tigers’ president John McAlister said.
“I would like to invite as many supporters as possible to get to Mackay Park on Sunday.”
Eden lost to Bega 46-26 in first grade while Bermagui-Cobargo, who have a portability agreement, lost 56-12 to Bega in reserves.
