This free, family event is being organised by the Pambula-Merimbula Lions Club, with assistance from Candy McVeity.
It will be an night of wonderful musical entertainment including both traditional and contemporary carols.
Many local artists will be performing including school choirs and the Sapphire Coast Concert Band.
“It is again a great pleasure for our Lions Club to be involved in this wonderful event that brings much Christmas cheer and goodwill to the local communities of Merimbula and Pambula,” Lions Club president Ric Vanderbom said.
“We are very fortunate to have such experienced assistance doing the stage production and coordinating the artists who will be entertaining us on the night.
“Also this year we welcome the newly formed Sapphire Coast Learning Community Stage Band who will be having their inaugural public performance. This band represents a new program developed by teachers from three local schools involving students from Years 5 to 10.”
Entertainment will start at 6pm, with Santa arriving a short time later with goodies for the children.
Safe, battery operated candles will be available at a most reasonable cost and Lions members will be cooking up a fantastic barbecue.
“Enjoy a fun-filled evening with family and friends, and remember to bring your picnic rug and chairs,” Mr Vanderbom said.
