The event is supported by the Bega Garden Club and Floral Art Group and members will be on site to offer advice and share ideas about the plants they have propagated.
All gardens are just off the Tathra Road ranging from half an acre to three acres. They are both ornamental and productive with many plantings offering a sanctuary for birds and helpful insects.
The wide range of garden designs include a Japanese garden, cottage gardens, succulents and orchard, with techniques to cope with the elements and wildlife.
Two gardens at 8 and 51 Mountview Close, near the Jellat Fire Station, show what can be achieved with an empty paddock to create privacy, windbreaks and secluded nooks.
The garden at 11 Bridle Place, Glen Mia had a challenging gully dominated by a large gum tree but in just four years the owners have created some interesting levels, paths, shrubberies and a very colourful canvas.
At 10 Kerrisons Lane a range of garden bed plantings are showcased with good use of raised beds.
Tea and coffee is available at Mountview Close and the gardens will be open from 10am to 3pm.
Remember to bring a hat.
