U3A gives Thea Talbot the opportunity to instruct over 50s in the practice of chi kung and yoga. As a personal lifestyle commitment, Thea has practised the harmonious movements of yoga, tai chi and chi kung over 30 years, and has guided others in these practices for around 20 years.
