On Friday, May 10 we were heading for Pambula Beach in our car and caravan and we stopped for lunch in Pambula. After lunch we entered our new caravan to see that the sliding door to the bathroom was detached and in a troubling state.

The young man in the Lawrence and Hanson warehouse suggested we seek assistance from Sapphire Coast Kitchens.
This was fortunate advice, the young woman and young man were very understanding and agreed to assist. After some careful assessment and some skilful manoeuvring the young technician got his tools and returned the door to as near as new condition.
The firm refused repeated requests for payment.
We are pleased our self-caused disaster was identified in Pambula.
