The members of the CWA Pambula Merimbula gathered on Friday, April 17 to commemorate the Anzacs with a show and tell of World War memorabilia.

The women wore World War I inspired outfits and brought in anything they had that in some way related to World War I or II.
There were photos of relatives, war medals, diaries written while at war and jewellery given to loved ones before departing for the war.
Event organiser Wendy Cugley said it gave people the opportunity to reminisce and share their experiences.
“I suppose for all of us the big thing was the realisation that the first and second World Wars had an impact of all of our lives in one way or another,” Mrs Cugley said.
“From family members who lost their lives to parents who served but never spoke of their service. We were all affect in some way and it was great for us to share that.”
